TileMax is a tool for creating tile-based graphics. It was primarily ceated to assist in the creation of graphics for the Gameboy Advance (GBA).
However, it can be potentially used for any application that needs
tile-based
graphics. This is made possible by allowing anyone to write "plug-ins"
known as
Class Exporters.
